Didn't need them for our new adjustable bed frame. Picture shows brackets attached on another bed we have for illustration purposes. Will fit any adjustable (head and/or foot goes up or down) bed frame. The brackets act as an extension to connect the headboard to the bed frame since there is a gap due to the adjustable feature of the frame.
